Dr. Maehara was raised in Honolulu and attended Tulane University, and Tulane Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is board certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is a fellowship-trained Anterior Segment-Glaucoma Specialist.
Meet Dr. Dennis Maehara
Dr. Maehara started the Maehara Eye Clinic over 30 years ago. Also born and raised in Hawaii, Dr. Dennis has built a legacy of quality eye care for our local community that now culminates in Maehara Eye Surgery & Laser, LLC.
